Our story

Courage solves everything

A decade of Tweed Coast boxing - from Kingscliff Boxing Stables to High Level Boxing.

Since 2013

The double garage days

High Level Boxing started life in 2013 as Kingscliff Boxing Stables - a boxing club run out of a domestic double garage with a heavy bag, a ring of tape on the floor, and a simple motto: courage solves everything.

In 2022 the club levelled up, moving to Cabarita Beach's main street and becoming High Level Boxing. Today it's one of the best boxing gym setups within a 100 km radius - without losing the garage-gym soul that built it.

What makes the place different is the blend: the most modern, up-to-date training methods combined with old-school techniques passed down from previous generations of boxing. You'll learn the sport properly here.

Blessing "Bless" Teo

Every class at High Level runs under the eye of head coach Blessing Teo. Bless coaches the full spectrum - five-year-old Mini Boxers, first-time adults, amateur competitors and professional fighters - with the same philosophy: technique first, fitness always, ego never.

Sessions are innovative and challenging so you never plateau. Bless will sit down with you, talk through your goals and your current health, and give you a realistic picture of how you'll get there - then hold you accountable to it.

Want to test yourself? High Level runs a slot for anyone with a boxing fight on their bucket list to compete in an exhibition bout at one of the two annual fight nights.
